Clear Span: Any width from 15m to 100m+ without internal columns, maximizing your usable space.
Eave Height & Overall Height: Tailored to your storage equipment (e.g., stacker cranes) and ventilation needs.
Bay Length: The distance between frames can be optimized for cost and function.
Roof Style: Customize the roof shape - Single Slope, Double Slope (Gable), Multi-Span, Sawtooth roof for skylights.
Frame Design: Rigid frame, truss frame, or hybrid designs based on your load requirements.
2. Materials & Specifications:
Steel Grade: Main frame can use Q235B, Q355B (Chinese standards) or equivalent ASTM A36, A572 Gr. 50 steel.
Wall and Roof Cladding:
Material: Galvanized steel, Aluminum Zinc coated steel (AZ150), Color coated steel (PPGI/PPGL).
Thickness: 0.4mm to 1.0mm.
Panel Type: Single skin or insulated sandwich panels (EPS, Rockwool, PU core) for thermal and acoustic insulation.
